This is for you if:

Youve worked in events or production fields in the past, itll be a huge plus
If you are looking for an opportunity for a full-time role after 3 months

Your day-to-day at Experience Co. would look like this:

Communicating with upper management to develop strategic business goals
Working end-to-end on business processes, optimizing funnel strategies, creating action plans, and testing ways to do things better consistently
Helping creators understand the impact we create through consultative calls and solving their queries
Managing processes to ensure the residents attending the edition can easily interact with the team
Coordinating with the ops team to help them create a smooth experience at the editions

Coordinating with users to get data from them and analysing the same
