Selected Intern's Day-to-Day Responsibilities Include:

Operations & Project Support:

• Support day-to-day operations and ensure smooth execution of projects
• Coordinate tasks across teams to meet deadlines and objectives
• Maintain and optimize operational trackers, dashboards, and reports
• Identify inefficiencies and propose process improvements
• Take ownership of small projects and drive them end-to-end
• Assist in planning, follow-ups, and project documentation

Talent & Recruitment:

• Leverage our AI-powered Talent Cloud to identify and match pre-vetted top-tier tech talent with global job opportunities
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess technical and soft skills
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure the best matches
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding
• Build a strong talent pipeline and maintain relationships with candidates for future opportunities
• Use AI-driven tools to enhance recruitment efficiency and decision-making
