Role Overview:

The Operations Manager will act as the bridge between our clients and internal teams. This role requires excellent communication skills, organizational ability, and leadership to manage a team.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for clients - professional communication via different channels eg - email, calls, and meetings.
• Schedule and manage client meetings, internal review calls, and update sessions.
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the agency to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery of projects.
• Coordinate tasks among different teams (web development, design, social, ads, video) and track progress. Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
• Monitor timelines, troubleshoot bottlenecks, and escalate issues when necessary.
• Support the leadership team in implementing processes, reporting, and performance tracking.
• Maintain strong client relationships by providing proactive updates and ensuring satisfaction.

Requirements

• Proven experience in operations, project management, or account management within a marketing/digital agency (preferred).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an ability to manage international clients.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Ability to manage and motivate a cross-functional team of 10–12 people.
• Familiarity with marketing agency workflows (web, social, ads, creative production).
• Proficiency in email communication, meeting coordination, and professional client handling.
• Comfortable managing multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously.
• Nice-to-Have Skills Experience with project management tools.
• Knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms.
• Prior experience handling clients across different time zones
