Role Overview

Business Operations Associate

You’ll help:

• Bring in new project opportunities
• Handle client communication
• Coordinate with vendors & production teams
• Execute events on-ground
• Manage timelines, budgets & deliverables
• Support business and operational processes across the Pulse vertical

This is a high-responsibility, on-field + on-desk hybrid role.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Development Support

• Identify potential clients in automotive, lifestyle, and brand spaces
• Assist in meetings, proposals, and presentations
• Work with the founder to grow lead pipelines
• Maintain CRM and client outreach processes

2. Event & Operational Execution

• Coordinate logistics for automotive events, ride experiences, brand activations
• Manage production schedules and vendor coordination
• Be on-ground during event setups, rehearsals, and execution
• Ensure quality delivery aligned with brand standards

3. Client Servicing

• Communicate with clients for briefs, approvals, requirement updates
• Ensure seamless client experience throughout the project lifecycle
• Assist in preparing decks, timelines, and post-event reports

4. Internal Ops Coordination

• Work with design, media, and production teams
• Track budgets, billing, and timelines
• Handle documentation, agreements, and follow-ups

What We’re Looking For

• 0–3 years experience in events, branding, operations, or project coordination
• Strong communication & organizational skills
• Comfortable with on-ground event work
• A go-getter attitude with problem-solving mindset
• Passion for the automotive world (big advantage)
• Ability to multitask and take ownership
• Comfortable working in a startup-style environment

Compensation

• Probation Retainer:

  ₹10,000 monthly

• Incentives:

  10–20% commission per project contributed/closed

• Post-confirmation:

  Increased fixed salary + performance bonuses
