What We’re Looking For 5–10+ years of experience in leadership roles across adventure/lifestyle, tech platforms, marketing or community building. Passion for travel, motorcycles, and building authentic communities. Ability to invest capital or bring strategic resources and actively work in an operational co-founder capacity. Collaborative mindset: willing to work under the Founder’s vision while co-owning execution and growth. We’re looking for a co-founder who can invest ₹50 lakh – ₹1.5 crore (flexible depending on your contribution). What We Offer Director position on the board alongside the Founder. Equity and/or profit share proportional to investment and role (negotiable).
