Business Operations Associate

Business Operations Associate Location: Gurugram, Haryana (Full-Time, On-Site) The Role: PaisaStreet is a fast-growing fintech venture partnered with leading banks to simplify access to financial products for customers. We’re looking for a proactive, execution-driven Business Operations Associate who can oversee and optimize our sales and marketing processes. You’ll work directly with the founder to ensure campaigns run smoothly, the sales team is performing at their best, and our bank partnerships are well-supported. This is not just a management role — we need someone who takes ownership, drives accountability, and makes sure nothing falls through the cracks. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage day-to-day activities of the sales team. Plan, coordinate, and execute CPaaS digital campaigns (with content and creatives). Track and report performance of campaigns, sales conversions, and pipeline. Identify and close gaps in the sales team’s process to improve conversions. Serve as the liaison with partner banks to resolve application filing issues and support the sales team. Maintain organized records, reports, and files related to sales, campaigns, and the team. Ensure all tasks and initiatives are executed on time, with maximum impact and efficiency. Who You Are: Strong execution and leadership skills — you get things done through your own effort and by enabling others. Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple moving parts. Experience in sales operations, digital campaigns, or business management preferred (financial services experience is a plus but not required). Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Comfortable taking ownership and ensuring accountability in a team.
