Business Operations Associate

What will you be doing?

• Drive and support key business initiatives across

  Sales, NBFC Partnerships, and Operations

  , ensuring timely execution and alignment.
• Track and maintain performance dashboards using Google Sheets, Looker Studio, or Salesforce.
• Analyze data, identify trends, and prepare concise summaries and reports for leadership.
• Automate repetitive workflows using basic Python scripts, SQL queries, or Google Apps Script (understanding is sufficient; execution support will be guided).
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely closure of tasks and accountability for outcomes.
• Document processes, create trackers, and continuously improve the efficiency of ongoing operations.
• Research tools, best practices, and new methods to improve productivity or data visibility.
• Manage communication, meeting notes, and follow-ups to keep projects on track.
  

What are we looking for?

• 1–3 years of experience in Business Operations, Data Analysis, or Project Coordination roles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-first mindset.

• Basic understanding of Python and SQL

  (ability to write simple queries or scripts is a plus).
• Proficiency in Google Sheets, Docs, and dashboarding tools (Looker Studio, Power BI, etc.)
• Excellent communication, documentation, and follow-up skills.
• Highly organized and dependable with strong ownership and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and handle cross-functional coordination efficiently.
  

Languages Known:

• Must have a good command of English (spoken and written).
• Fluency in English will be a strong advantage.
