What you bring in:
- 4-6 years in B2B SaaS marketing, with a proven track record in content creation and overall brand growth
- Strong grasp of content marketing principles, messaging frameworks, and SEO best practices
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to draft compelling narratives that position our products effectively
- Hands-on experience in partner enablement, campaign execution, and program management
- Demonstrated success in customer advocacy, community engagement, and social media management
- Analytical and creative mindset with a focus on measuring impact and striving for continuous improvement
The impact you will create:
Content Marketing and Messaging:
- Develop and execute content strategies across formats (blogs, case studies, white papers, use cases, etc.)
- Build compelling messaging frameworks that align we'll with product positioning
- Translate product value propositions into customer-centric use cases and success stories
- Develop engaging social media content across LinkedIn, Twitter and Instagram, implement best practices for channel optimization.
- Optimize content for SEO and discoverability
Partner Enablement:
- Equip channel partners with product narratives, sales materials, and content toolkits
- Drive seasonality-based and joint marketing campaigns
PR & Campaigns Management
- Lead joint customers PRs, product launches, and brand communications to enhance credibility
- Plan, manage, and execute marketing campaigns to drive awareness time to time and impact ROI
Customer Advocacy and Community:
- Build, strengthen, and scale customer advocacy initiatives by capturing success stories and case studies
- Design and execute regional events, localized community initiatives
Collaboration & Growth
- Work cross-functionally with product, sales, and design teams to align on go-to-market efforts
- Manage vendors, partners, and agencies for seamless execution
It would be great if you also have:
- Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms
- Basic knowledge of design tools like Canva, Figma, or Adobe Photoshop
- Ability to translate campaign success using tools like Google Analytics, Tableau, or Excel
- Hands-on experience of social media management platforms like Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social for scheduling and posting content.
- Knowledge of project management tools like Asana, Jira, or Trello to keep track of ongoing projects and ensure timely deliverables.
