Job Description

You are seeking a Business Marketing Manager to support the legacy Outbrain Direct Response business team at Teads, the omnichannel outcomes platform for the open internet. Your role will involve crafting and executing marketing plans in collaboration with other departments, creating content, and running strategic marketing efforts to support sales teams. Your responsibilities will include developing a resource center with best practices and insights, creating compelling marketing content, and enabling commercial teams to sell products more efficiently. **Key Responsibilities:** - Define and execute brand awareness, product offering adoption, and marketing plans to support revenue objectives. - Lead communication for new product features and commercial offers globally. - Support the Sales team in developing narratives for events, webinars, and thought leadership content. - Develop and manage a content strategy to empower sales teams with necessary tools and knowledge. - Create engaging sales materials such as whitepapers, case studies, and presentations. - Build and maintain a resource center to centralize best practices and insights for working with Outbrain by Teads. - Conduct market research and analyze audience behaviors to shape relevant content. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop impactful go-to-market strategies. - Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of content initiatives. - Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to ensure an innovative marketing approach. - Support Sales with key client pitches, sales collateral, and product marketing. - Track and measure all marketing programs and optimize resources against objectives and budget. **Qualifications Required:** - Proven track record in affiliate marketing, performance marketing, or digital advertising. - Experience in B2B marketing with a strong understanding of the affiliate and performance marketing industry. - Skills in copywriting, storytelling, and strategic messaging. - Ability to translate complex concepts into clear, compelling content. - Deep understanding of audience behavior, digital marketing trends, and performance-driven strategies. - Excellent project management skills and ability to drive cross-functional collaboration. - 3 to 5+ years of experience in marketing and communications. - Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus. - Experience working in global teams is a plus.
