Business & Marketing Head – Bulk SMS Solutions

Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business & Marketing Head with 5+ years of proven experience in the Bulk SMS or A2P messaging industry. This leadership role is ideal for someone who understands the market landscape, has a solid track record in driving business growth, and can lead marketing and sales initiatives from strategy to execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end marketing and business development strategy for Bulk SMS and related communication products.
• Identify and tap into new business opportunities, enterprise clients, and channel partners.
• Collaborate with the product and tech teams to align offerings with market demand.
• Manage and grow existing key accounts while driving customer retention.
• Plan and execute result-oriented digital and offline marketing campaigns.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and pricing strategies.
• Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings.
• Set KPIs and performance goals for the sales and marketing team.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in Bulk SMS / A2P messaging / CPaaS / Telecom tech sales or marketing.
• Proven experience in B2B marketing, lead generation, and business strategy.
• Strong knowledge of DLT registration, telecom regulations, and enterprise messaging solutions.
• Leadership experience with the ability to mentor and manage a small team.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).

Salary:

₹4.5 LPA – ₹6 LPA (Negotiable based on experience and performance)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹450,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
