Business Manager

The Team Manager is responsible for leading, guiding, and motivating a team to achieve organizational goals. The role involves planning, delegating tasks, monitoring performance, ensuring productivity, and maintaining a positive work environment that promotes teamwork and growth. Key Responsibilities :Team Leadership Supervise and guide team members in daily operations. Set clear objectives and performance expectations. Motivate and inspire the team to achieve targets and deadlines. Performance Management Monitor and evaluate individual and team performance. Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews. Identify skill gaps and recommend training or coaching. Planning & Coordination Plan team schedules and allocate tasks efficiently. Coordinate between departments to ensure smooth workflow. Ensure timely completion of projects or assigned work. Communication Serve as the primary link between management and the team. Communicate company policies, updates, and objectives effectively. Resolve conflicts or issues within the team promptly. Reporting & Documentation Prepare daily/weekly performance reports. Track attendance, productivity, and task completion. Share feedback and improvement suggestions with management. Team Development Promote teamwork, cooperation, and a positive work culture. Recognize and reward good performance. Encourage innovation and participation in problem-solving. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field. 2 years of experience in a supervisory or team leader role. Strong leadership and people management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Good problem-solving, decision-making, and time management skills. Proficient in MS Office and basic reporting tools.
