Business Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Build and manage relationships with banks and payment gateway providers (e.g., Razorpay, Paytm, Cashfree, etc.)

• Lead payment gateway onboarding, documentation, KYC, and technical/API integration

• Explore and negotiate with acquiring banks, payout services, and recharge/payment channels

• Coordinate with internal product and tech teams for payment system implementation and reconciliation

• Stay informed about RBI regulations, compliance risks, and trends in Indias fintech ecosystem

• Drive business enablement through banking & payment innovation

  Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a bank or a payment/fintech company, ideally in partnerships, payment operations, or business development

  • Strong understanding of Indias payment systems:UPI, IMPS, NEFT, card networks, and bank gateway APIs

  • Experience handling account opening, settlement flows, chargebacks, or risk compliance

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills

  • Fluent in English; local language a plus

  • Candidates with exposure to Razorpay, Cashfree, BillDesk, Paytm, etc. are highly preferred
