JD : Business Manager

Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of sales counselors to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
  • Track and convert incoming leads from marketing into successful enrollments.
  • Maintain a high conversion rate through effective counseling and lead follow-up.
  • Take full accountability for the branch's sales performance.
  • Ensure CRM hygiene and optimize the sales funnel.
  • Conduct regular sales training, role plays, and performance evaluations.
  • Own revenue targets and drive upselling/cross-selling strategies.
  • Collaborate with the central marketing team for localized campaigns and promotions.

Ideal Candidate:

  • 6+ years in a sales-driven role, preferably in EdTech
  • Track record of exceeding revenue goals.
  • Hands-on experience with CRMs and data-driven sales strategies.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proven leadership and team management abilities.
  • Must have worked in a high-pressure, high-reward sales environment.
  • Strong B2C or B2B sales experience
