Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day business operations across all departments.
  • BOQ preparation, Variance analysis
  • Coordinate with Accounts for budgets, payments, POs, invoices, and cash flow.
  • Liaise with Project Managers and Site Engineers to monitor site progress and resolve issues.
  • Ensure smooth communication between accounts, projects, purchase, HR, and management.
  • Manage procurement, vendor follow-ups, and material/workorder documentation.
  • Track compliance, contracts, approvals, and operational documentation.
  • Prepare reports on finance, operations, and project status for management.
  • Handle stakeholder communication with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Identify operational issues and implement solutions.
  • Support management in planning, cost control, and decision-making.
