Role & responsibilities

Lead Business growth in category:
Personal Care
, work closely with management to set business goals and strategies.
Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors working with the procurement team
Work with customers to grow the business, negotiate new business and find new avenues for product and business development with persistent and organized follow-ups
Develop deep customer relationships at all levels, through intensive networking and providing best in class customer experience
Lead and motivate junior sales team to set and achieve business goals
Provide insights and market intelligence to the leadership team to inform strategic decision-making.
Represent the company in Business fairs, conferences, tradeshows
Monitor international regulations and compliance requirements
Providing regular MIS reports and updates on sales performance, customer engagement, and market trends to the Senior Management

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelors Food Tech preferable / MBA or relevant Business Degree
Motivated individual with past experience in Food or Ingredients in B2B segment
7+ years of experience in Sales across Food, Personal Care, Ingredients, and Flavours
Strong leadership skills and ambitious personality
Customer centric attitude and positive spirit
Organised and able to work in fast paced environment autonomously
Big ideas and persistent curiosity
