Role & Responsibilities:

Team Leadership & Management

Lead and manage a team of 20-30 members, driving high performance and alignment with organizational goals.
Hire, train, and retain team members by developing effective training and development plans.
Address team members training needs to enhance skills and productivity.

Client Retention & Relationship Management

Strategically plan, forecast, and achieve fortnightly and monthly client retention targets for the assigned portfolio.
Build and nurture strong, professional relationships with clients to ensure long-term engagement and loyalty.
Conduct 2-3 in-person client meetings daily to strengthen client relationships and drive business outcomes.
Ensure swift and effective resolution of client issues to maintain high satisfaction and loyalty.

Business Growth & Support

Support the field sales team in meeting revenue and retention targets through structured follow-ups and timely deal closures.
Monitor business operations across departments to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
