Business Manager

Job Description: You will be responsible for sourcing Used Car Loans and meeting targets, as well as developing channels for the business. Your key responsibilities will include identifying and tying up with Used Car Dealers and Re-sellers, resolving PDD issues, and managing the collection of Used Car Loans. Additionally, you will be involved in team building and channel development, achieving the Business Plan, and managing the portfolio in coordination with Ops & Collection. You will also be required to verify assets of the cases under processing and oversee the vehicle loan business across the assigned geography. Conducting regular review meetings with line managers and maintaining a strong check on EDs and NS cases will be part of your routine tasks. Furthermore, you will contribute to business growth by identifying and selling prospects while maintaining relationships.
