Business Manager

As a Used Car Loan Manager at the company, your role will involve sourcing Used Car Loans and meeting targets. You will be responsible for Channel Development and establishing Identifications and Tie Ups with Used Car Dealers as well as Re-sellers. Your duties will also include the resolution of PDD (if any) and taking care of Used Car Loan collection. Key Responsibilities: - Team Building and Channel Development - Achievement of Business Plan - Portfolio management in coordination with Ops & Collection - Asset Verification of the cases under processing - Taking care of vehicle loan business all across assigned geography - Regular review meetings with line managers - Strong check on EDs and NS cases - Building business by identifying and selling prospects, and maintaining relationships Qualifications Required: - Previous experience in the financial sector, particularly in vehicle loan business - Strong communication and negotiation skills - Ability to meet targets and work under pressure - Good analytical and problem-solving skills - Team management experience is a plus Please note that the company also values regular review meetings and has a strong focus on building relationships with prospects.
