Role & responsibilities

Drive tender participation, consortium strategy, and bid submissions, vendor development. • Coordinate with DISCOMs, MNRE, and subsidy stakeholders for scaling order intake and payments realisation. • Develop and monitor channel partner network, should have proven record in Products as well as Project sales management. • Ensure compliance in documentation and closers, long term relations building with clients and officials. • Lead team training, SOP implementation, and performance reviews. • Prepare bilingual proposals, RFQs, and stakeholder communications.

Preferred candidate profile

5+ years in solar pump or EPC project management. • Strong grasp of government schemes and tendering processes. • Fluent in English, Hindi, and Marathi (preferred). • Proficient in Excel, reporting, and back-office coordination. • Strategic mindset with execution rigor.
