Job Description

Role & responsibilities:

To handle the overall agency Business, Operations, along with budgeted to line bottom line and distribution built as per plan.

Preferred candidate profile:

Must have the ability to recruit agents and drive the team of these advisors to generate business and expand the business.
Achieve Advisor activation of 60%
Should be adept at multi-tasking (handle sales and operations on an on-going basis, if the need arises)
Will be responsible for achieving the business targets set for the location.
To develop adequate market intelligence to acquire business by establishing, positioning the Chola MS brand and growing the brand.
Excellent inter-personal skills
Person expected to have high degree of credibility in the local market
Must be adaptability and functional IT knowledge

Other Responsibilities

Good Knowledge in office applications such as Excel, Word and Power Point
Good verbal and written communication skills
Should be able to guide/manage.
Should ensure the desired Product Mix is achieved.
