Job Title: Business Development Manager - Cyber SecurityJob Location: Baner, Pune (WFO)Experience: 8+ YearsShift: 6.30 PM-3.30 AM IST - Monday to FridayQualification: ME , BE , MCA Job Description:BDM - Cyber Security will be responsible to achieve annual quota of Revenue for the Region that you are responsible. Must have strong knowledge on IT Security. This role is highly customer focused challenging and result oriented, which requires ability and willingness to travel and to be able to work in a growing organization. Skills & Responsibilities- Should have 8+ years of experience in responding to medium to large MSP/MSSP/End clients. Responsible for new Business generation via prospecting, qualifying, selling and closing services solutions and products. Manage client relationship through all phases of the sales cycle Provide a consultative solutions sales process to prospects Must have experience on Cyber security, Networking, Security Solution, Firewall. Should have services selling experience in SIEM, VAPT, EDR, XDR tool. Skills and flexibility to work on client side. Developing strong relationships with customers, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders and preparing sales reports. Account Managers also answer client queries and identify new business opportunities among existing customers. Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings. Developing quotes and proposals for clients. Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met. Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive Sponsors Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders. Must Have Skills- Mandatory experience in selling Cyber Security (EDR,XDR,VAPT), Network Security (Firewall/ NOC/SOC), Cloud, Infrastructure services selling experience. Client Engagement Excellent communication
