Job Requirement

• 5+ years’ experience into Sales & Marketing in International & Domestic Markets of Flavours & Fragrances
  

Sales & Business Development

• Drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities in aroma ingredients.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients in domestic and international markets.
• Manage pricing, contracts, and negotiations to close high-value deals.
  

Marketing & Strategy

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to enhance market presence in the F&F domain.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to support decision-making.
• Participate in global industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions to promote product portfolio.
  

Cross-functional Coordination

• Collaborate with R&D and product development teams to align solutions with customer needs.
• Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery and order fulfilment.
