Job Description

As a Sales Manager for Commercial Vehicle Loans at the company, your primary responsibilities will include: - Achieving the assigned sales targets by effectively managing the team of Relationship Officers. - Generating new business and acquiring new clients for Commercial Vehicle loans. - Ensuring individual and team targets are met. - Sourcing, servicing, and disbursing loans while managing overdue collections. - Monitoring team productivity, providing motivation and training, and offering product training to both existing and new team members. - Collaborating with internal and external channels for business expansion and development. - Coordinating with other departments like Credit and Operations for loan processing and final disbursement, ensuring smooth servicing and operations. - Handling overdue collections and revenue generation processes. Qualifications required for this role include: - Relevant experience in Commercial Vehicle loans (in Asset Finance products, Commercial Vehicle loan for both Used & New vehicles) from Banks/NBFC/Financial Institutions. - Knowledge and hands-on experience in retail sales. - Strong client servicing skills. - Proficiency in financial analysis and communication.
