Business Manager / Brand Head

Role Overview: As a Business Manager with a focus on CPM + Brand Manager - Switchgear, you will be a key player in the Sales team, responsible for driving regional sales and distribution efforts to expand the customer base. Your leadership skills and ability to cultivate strong relationships with clients and vendors will be vital in meeting business objectives successfully. Key Responsibilities: - Create and implement regional sales strategies aligned with company goals - Collaborate with senior management to set and achieve sales targets - Lead a sales team to optimize revenue generation - Forecast sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis - Identify hiring needs, train new sales personnel, and conduct regular team meetings and seminars - Provide constructive feedback through performance reviews Qualifications Required: - Minimum 3 years of experience in selling Switchgear Products, particularly to Panel Builders - Strong account management skills and proficiency in sales forecasting - Ability to analyze key performance indicators - Familiarity with Salesforce software - Excellent communication and presentation abilities - Problem-solving mindset - Willingness to travel as needed - Proficiency in MS Office tools - Bachelor's degree in Engineering (any discipline) and an MBA in Sales & Marketing Overall, your success as a Business Manager for CPM + Brand Manager - Switchgear will depend on your ability to maintain a strong relationship with the Principal, achieve set targets, drive sales growth, build strong relationships, and leverage your expertise in the field.,
