Role Overview:
We are looking for a Business Manager to manage branch operations, drive admissions, and grow our business. You will handle sales, marketing, and team management to achieve revenue and growth targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead sales and marketing to attract students and corporate clients.
• Manage the admissions process from inquiries to enrollment.
• Drive business growth through new courses, partnerships, and strategies.
• Lead and motivate a team of counselors and sales executives.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Manage budgets, revenue forecasting, and expense control.
• Conduct market research and track competitors.
• Prepare regular performance reports.

Requirements:

• Female candidates only.
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Experience in sales, admissions, or business management.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Target-driven and results-oriented.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
