Business Management Executive

You will be joining the Business Management team within the Equity Derivatives and Trading (EDT) Division supporting Commodities and Global Markets at Macquarie. It is a global financial services group operating in 31 markets and with 56 years of unbroken profitability. As part of your role, your key responsibilities will include: - Coordinating and tracking engagements, agreements, and delivery of artifacts across various stakeholders - Managing deal lifecycle events across different products and markets - Learning and understanding the workflow of internal processes and participating in CGM Central related projects to support EDT in meeting requirements Qualifications required for this role include: - Masters or Bachelors degree from a reputable institution - 2 to 4 years of work experience in finance, business management, or risk management roles within the financial services industry - Knowledge of equity, fixed income, and FX products such as listed equity derivatives, OTC equity derivatives, fixed income, and FX - Stakeholder management skills with experience working with stakeholders from Front Office and supporting groups - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Being organized, analytical, and proactive Macquarie offers a wide range of benefits to its employees, including wellbeing leave, parental leave, childcare services, volunteer leave, and various benefits to support physical, mental, and financial wellbeing.
