Job Description

As a Business Interlock Associate Manager at Accenture, your role involves improving workforce performance and productivity, boosting business agility, increasing revenue, and reducing costs through talent development processes. You will be responsible for designing and delivering Instructor-Led Training (ILT) programs, facilitating learning sessions for individuals or groups, and ensuring the effectiveness of training initiatives. Your key responsibilities will include: - Managing New Hire Training Batch and Reporting - Planning, executing, and managing operational training end-to-end - Overseeing all training resources - Implementing evaluation measures to enhance training effectiveness - Rolling out up-skilling, new products/services training, and continuous education programs - Monitoring and reporting on trainee performance metrics In this role, you will be expected to analyze and solve moderately complex problems, create innovative solutions, and align with the strategic direction set by senior management. You will interact with supervisors, team leads, peers, and clients to drive training initiatives and achieve business objectives. Strong communication, collaboration, analytical, and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role. Additionally, the ability to work under pressure and manage medium-small sized teams effectively is crucial. Please note that this position may require you to work in rotational shifts.
