Role Overview:

Qualification & Key Responsibilities:

• Minimum 4+ years of experience in a similar BI or data analytics role.

• Partner with business teams to identify areas where BI can drive value and improve outcomes.

• Collect, process, and analyse data to generate insights and make strategic recommendations.

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI and Tableau.

• Work with advanced DAX functions and create custom visuals to support complex analytical needs.

• Understand and manage data flows to ensure efficient and accurate data processing.

• Implement tools and techniques to streamline data extraction, analysis, and visualization.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver tailored BI solutions.

• Define and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and automate reporting processes.

• Provide training and support to end-users on BI tools and best practices.

• Have strong working knowledge on Powerbi.

• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and communicate roadblocks early.

• Working knowledge of data sources like Nielsen, Kantar, GFK preferred
