Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain analytics and automation solutions that deliver insights and metrics to stakeholders with rapidly evolving requirements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into analytics / automation solutions
  • Collect, interpret, analyze, and visualize data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business performance.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for improving data quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of business processes
  • Conduct ad-hoc analysis and present findings to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
  • Work closely with analysts and engineering to deliver solutions aligned to established architecture rules
 

Skills and qualifications:

  • 4+ years’ experience in data analysis and reporting, business intelligence
  • Experience in building business solutions using data visualization tools Microsoft Power BI, Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate)
  • Proficiency in visualization tools Microsoft PowerBI, Excel
  • Proficiency in SQL Query building, or other data databases management
  • Experience in Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate)
  • Ability to work with large datasets, perform data mining, and apply statistical method
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data in a simple and understandable way to stakeholders
 

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience with Copilot Studio
  • Experience with supply chain analytics and modeling techniques
  • Experience with big data technologies such as Azure Data Lake, Databricks, Hive, Spark, or Scope
  • Experience developing and deploying ML models to solve real-world problems.
  • Experience with Python or R and applying statistical techniques to extract insights.
