What You’ll Do

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across digital transformation, product development, and consulting services
• Build strong relationships with CXOs, startup founders, and key stakeholders
• Lead client pitches, proposals, and strategic partnerships
• Drive revenue growth through high-quality lead generation, outreach, and conversion
• Collaborate with product, design, and delivery teams to deliver unmatched client value
• Represent 18Pixels at key industry events, demo days, and startup forums

What You Bring

• A degree from a Tier-1 or Tier-2 management/tech institute
• 1–4 years of experience in BD/Sales/Account Management
• Prior experience in BFSI, fintech, or enterprise solutions is a BIG plus
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Passion for startups, innovation, and building something from scratch
• Self-starter, team player, and high ownership mindset
