Business HR Partner

As a Plant HR, you will be responsible for various aspects of HR management at the plant level. Your key responsibilities will include: - Handling HR Operations projects efficiently. - Coordinating with the Plant HR Team for tasks such as Manpower planning, Recruitment, onboarding, joining formalities, new hire orientation, induction and exit interviews, documentation, audit accuracy, factory compliances, and administrative duties. - Ensuring that Safety Compliances are adhered to at the Plant level. - Assisting in implementing and maintaining POSH Policy Compliance under the guidance of Seniors. - Willingness to travel to different plant locations as required.
