Business HR Executive

As an HR professional in this role, your primary responsibility will be to manage employee relations activities and provide guidance to managers on employee-related issues. Your focus will be on driving employee engagement programs, development initiatives, and rewards & recognition programs to enhance the overall employee experience. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct regular one-on-one sessions with employees and share feedback with the Process Head - Collaborate with the Ops team to implement strategies addressing identified concerns - Drive retention programs and performance management - Communicate new or revised policies and practices to employees proactively - Ensure HR service level agreements (SLAs) are met for the business unit - Take on additional assignments and projects as assigned by management - Demonstrate willingness to work extended shifts and travel to various locations based on business requirements Qualifications Required: - Possess strong interpersonal skills, confidence, persuasiveness, and ability to engage with people from diverse backgrounds - Effective written, conversational, and presentation capabilities - Ability to interact confidently with senior leadership - Minimum qualification of a full-time MBA with an HR specialization - At least 4 years of HR experience with a focus on continuous learning In summary, this role offers a competitive remuneration package ranging from [Salary Range] per annum, performance-based incentives, night shift allowances, and a joining bonus.
