Business HR Executive

As an HR professional in this role, you will be responsible for managing employee relations activities and providing guidance to managers on employee-related issues. Your primary focus will be on driving employee engagement programs, development initiatives, and rewards & recognition programs to enhance the overall employee experience. You will be expected to maintain a strong connection with the business unit by conducting regular one-on-one sessions with employees, sharing feedback with the Process Head, and collaborating with the Ops team to implement strategies that address any identified concerns. Additionally, you will drive retention programs, performance management, and communicate new or revised policies and practices to employees in a proactive manner. Your role will also involve ensuring HR service level agreements (SLAs) are met for the business unit to achieve 100% compliance. You should be prepared to take on additional assignments and projects as assigned by the management, demonstrating a willingness to work extended shifts and travel to various locations based on business requirements. To excel in this position, you should possess strong interpersonal skills, including confidence, persuasiveness, and the ability to engage with people from diverse backgrounds. Effective written, conversational, and presentation capabilities are essential, along with the ability to interact confidently with senior leadership. A minimum qualification of a full-time MBA with an HR specialization and at least 4 years of HR experience with a focus on continuous learning is required.
