Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Online Business Head - P&L. The role is based in Delhi, India. The Head - Online E-Commerce P&L will be responsible for overseeing the entire e-commerce strategy, building the right team, sourcing the unique products from the market, managing the P&L for online sales, and driving sales growth. .

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and Web Analytics experience
• Proficiency in Sourcing, E-Commerce and Online Marketing
• Proven Sales expertise with a focus on e-commerce environments
• Excellent leadership and coordination abilities
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to drive performance and meet P&L targets
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in the footwear industry is a plus
