Project Role : Business Function Implement Practitioner Project Role Description : Support the implementation of activities for a specific business function to improve performance for a function end to end. Activities include analyzing and designing/re-designing business processes and/or defining parts of an organization. Must have skills : Oracle Procurement Good to have skills : NA Minimum 5 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary:As a Business Function Implement Practitioner, you will support the implementation of activities for a specific business function to improve performance for a function end to end. This includes analyzing and designing/re-designing business processes and/or defining parts of an organization. You will have the opportunity to contribute to the success of the organization by leveraging your expertise in Oracle Procurement and your strong problem-solving skills. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be an SME- Collaborate and manage the team to perform- Responsible for team decisions- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams- Contribute to the implementation of activities for a specific business function- Analyze and design/re-design business processes- Define parts of an organization Professional & Technical Skills:- Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Oracle Procurement- Strong understanding of business processes and their impact on performance- Experience in analyzing and designing/re-designing business processes- Ability to define parts of an organization- Knowledge of Oracle Procurement modules and their functionalities Additional Information:- The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Oracle Procurement- This position is based at our Bengaluru office- A 15 years full time education is required Qualifications 15 years full time education
