Project Role: Business Function Implement Practitioner Project Role Description: As a Business Function Implement Practitioner, you will support the implementation of activities for a specific business function to improve performance end-to-end. Your role will involve analyzing and designing or redesigning business processes and defining parts of the organization to enhance efficiency. Must Have Skills: SAP Global Trade Services Good to Have Skills: None specified Minimum Experience Required: 5 years Educational Qualification: 15 years of full-time education Summary: In this role, you will leverage your expertise in SAP Global Trade Services to analyze, design, and optimize business processes. You will contribute significantly to the organization's success by improving operational performance and solving complex problems. Roles & Responsibilities: Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and collaborate with the team to perform effectively. Engage with multiple teams and take responsibility for team decisions. Provide solutions to challenges faced by immediate and cross-functional teams. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications. Analyze existing business processes and identify areas for improvement. Design and implement new business processes to enhance operational efficiency. Conduct workshops and training sessions to educate end-users on system functionalities and best practices. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Global Trade Services. Other Skills: Strong understanding of business processes and their integration with SAP Global Trade Services. Experience in analyzing and documenting business requirements. Ability to design and configure SAP Global Trade Services modules. Knowledge of SAP implementation methodologies and best practices. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP Global Trade Services. This position is based in our Bengaluru office. A 15 years full-time education is required.
