Project Role : Business Function Implement Practitioner Project Role Description : Support the implementation of activities for a specific business function to improve performance for a function end to end. Activities include analyzing and designing/re-designing business processes and/or defining parts of an organization. Must have skills : Salesforce Service Cloud Good to have skills : NA Minimum 5 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : -Bachelors degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics -Masters degree in Business Adm Summary :As a Business Function Implement Practitioner, you will support the implementation of activities for a specific business function to improve performance for a function end to end. This includes analyzing and designing/re-designing business processes and/or defining parts of an organization. You will have the opportunity to contribute to the success of the organization by leveraging your expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to be an SME Collaborate and manage the team to perform Responsible for team decisions Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams Analyze and design/re-design business processes Define parts of an organization Contribute to improving performance for a specific business function Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Salesforce Service Cloud Good To Have Skills:Experience with Salesforce Lightning Strong understanding of business processes and workflows Experience in implementing Salesforce Service Cloud solutions Knowledge of Salesforce configuration and customization Familiarity with Salesforce integration and data migration Ability to analyze and optimize business processes Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Salesforce Service Cloud This position is based at our Pune office A Bachelors degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics or a Masters degree in Business Administration is required Qualifications -Bachelors degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics -Masters degree in Business Adm
