Job Description

Role Overview: You are a motivated, organized, and creative individual who thrives on the challenges of acquiring and developing new business through sales efforts. Your role involves building key customer relationships, identifying business opportunities, and closing business deals while keeping a thorough understanding of current market conditions. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare a list of tenders and invitations received from market research and various sources, reviewing them for eligibility based on set criteria. - Update and manage the tender database effectively. - Maintain all business development/tender documents following company ISO procedures and documentation standards. - Create a proposal checklist, PSD, PD sheets, experiences, technical forms, CVs, etc., for Go Proposal/Opportunities (RFP/EOIs). - Draft letters, technical documents like methodology, activity schedules, and supporting documents in required formats for proposal submissions. - Compile finalized technical and financial proposals aligning with RFP and submit them either online or in hard copy. - Coordinate with different departments for DD, EMDs, BGs, POA, BR, and any other necessary information related to experiences or CVs. - Follow up with clients/partners regarding submitted EOIs and proposals. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (Must have 60% in all academics). - Minimum of 2 years' experience in business development or as a tender executive. - Strong written and verbal communication skills.
