What We’re Looking For:
We are seeking a highly driven and technically adept Sales/Business Development Manager to join our growing team. This role demands someone who can understand complex technical solutions and confidently pitch to large-scale industries across sectors like pharma, food processing, chemicals, power, and more.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new B2B leads from large and mid-size industries
Build relationships with decision-makers (Plant Heads, Technical Directors, Procurement Heads, etc.)
Understand client pain points and recommend relevant TRL solutions
Collaborate with the technical team to tailor proposals and presentations
Drive the sales cycle from lead generation to closure
Represent TRL at trade shows, expos, and client meetings
Maintain CRM database and submit regular sales reports
Requirements:
3–7 years of experience in B2B technical sales or business development
Strong understanding of industrial processes, water systems, or renewable energy is a must
Proven ability to engage with CXOs and senior technical staff
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or related field
An MBA in Sales/Marketing/Operations from a business school is highly preferred.
