Job Description

As a Sales Program Manager at Rocklight, your primary responsibility will be to develop business plans, analyze data, and lead market research projects. You will work with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for business growth. In addition, you will lead a team of salespersons, traveling extensively across India for 25 days each month to drive sales growth and effectively manage the sales team. This is a full-time position with a morning shift schedule. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in B2B sales, with a strong understanding of sales strategies and market dynamics. The salary for this role ranges from 15K to 30K based on qualifications and experience.
