Business Development/Sales Manager

As a Real Estate Agent at our company located in Noida Sector 125, you will play a crucial role in facilitating the buying and selling of residential or commercial properties. With a minimum of 6 months to 8 years of experience in the Real Estate industry, you will utilize your expertise to assist clients effectively. Your key responsibilities will include conducting thorough market research to keep abreast of market trends, property values, and local regulations. Building and maintaining a strong network of contacts to generate leads and establish relationships will be essential. Providing clients with property listings, market analysis, and professional advice will also be part of your daily tasks. Additionally, conducting property showings, open houses, and client meetings, as well as negotiating contracts on behalf of clients, will be crucial to ensure favorable terms. Keeping yourself updated on real estate laws and regulations to ensure compliance is imperative, as well as delivering exceptional customer service to address any queries or concerns that clients may have. To be successful in this role, you should have proven experience as a real estate agent or in a similar sales position. A strong understanding of real estate market dynamics and best practices is preferred. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
