Business Development/Sales Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Business Development Executive/Sales Manager-Sales & Marketing to join our organization "Adhunik Switchgears Pvt Ltd" in the Electrical Sales division. The ideal candidate must have experience in sales products.

Key Responsibility:

• Develop and manage dealer/distributor network for LED lights & switchgear products across Delhi/NCR
• Meet and convert new clients, dealers, and channel partners in the electrical trade segment
• Promote the company’s full product range – MCBs, DBs, Switchgears, LED Lights, BLDC Fans, etc.
• Handle end-to-end B2C/B2B, trade sales cycle – from lead generation to order finalization
• Regular client visits for relationship building and follow-ups
• Collect feedback from the market and share with internal teams
• Achieve assigned monthly/quarterly sales targets

Other Requirements:

• Total 2-5years of experience in Sales & Marketing.
• Good contacts with local distributors, dealers, and electrical retailers
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Only Male candidates can apply, Not more than 45yrs
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of sales territory
• Candidate Should be Post Graduate in MBA, but (Post Graduation in other stream also can consider-POST GRADUATION MUST)
• Must be based in Delhi or willing to relocate...

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
