We are looking for a Business Development & Sales Manager to drive growth, build strong client relationships, and expand TravShack’s presence in the travel market. The ideal candidate will have a passion for travel, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to close deals while maintaining long-term partnerships. Key Responsibilities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities with individuals, corporates, and travel partners. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets. Manage client relationships and provide tailored travel solutions based on their needs. Collaborate with marketing teams to promote travel packages and offers. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential markets. Generate leads through networking, social media, and B2B/B2C partnerships. Ensure excellent customer experience and post-sales support. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. 0–4 years of experience in travel sales, tourism, or hospitality industry. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets. Passion for travel and deep understanding of domestic and international destinations. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher Pay: ₹7,500.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
