Role Summary:

You will be the face of Forever & Co. in the field — responsible for converting qualified leads into long-term partners and onboarding vendors who align with our vision. This role involves regular travel within the city, engaging directly with potential partners, and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

·Convert inbound and outbound leads into successful partnerships

·Identify, approach, and onboard vendors across categories

·Maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure long-term engagement

·Manage vendor documentation, contracts, and performance tracking

·Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth vendor integration

·Travel within the city to meet potential vendors and represent the brand professionally

·Troubleshoot vendor-related issues and offer effective solutions

·Provide regular updates and insights to the leadership team

✅ Key Skills & Requirements:

·Proven experience in lead conversion (1–2 years preferred)

·Strong vendor management and onboarding skills

·Excellent communication and persuasion abilities — you know how to close a deal

·Comfortable with city travel and field interactions

·Organized, self-motivated, and goal-oriented

·Basic knowledge of CRM tools, spreadsheets, and documentation
