We are hiring Business Development Trainees who are enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to build a career in IT sales and business development. This role offers structured, hands-on training in lead generation, client communication, and sales operations within a real-world business environment.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

• Generate leads using LinkedIn, email campaigns, and business directories
• Conduct market and competitor research
• Draft professional proposals and quotations
• Engage with potential clients through email and call follow-ups
• Update CRM with lead status and communication records
• Collaborate with internal teams to align on client requirements

𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬 𝐘𝐨𝐮 𝐖𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐃𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐩:

• IT Service Sales & B2B Communication
• Lead Generation Strategies
• Proposal & Quotation Building
• CRM & Sales Funnel Management
• Market Research Techniques
• Exposure to tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, etc.

Requirements:

• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• Basic knowledge of business development/sales concepts
• Familiarity with LinkedIn and email communication tools (preferred)
• Comfortable working in night shifts
• Discipline, punctuality, and eagerness to learn are a must
