Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Conduct outbound B2B calls to potential clients to introduce company products/services.
Draft and send professional B2B email campaigns for outreach and nurturing leads.
Maintain and update the CRM/database with accurate lead and communication details.
Follow up with prospects through calls, emails, and follow-up messages to move leads through the pipeline.
Assist in researching and identifying potential clients, industries, and business opportunities.
Support the marketing and business development teams in planning and executing campaigns.
Coordinate with internal teams to gather the relevant information required by clients.
Generate reports on outreach performance, lead conversion status, and follow-up activity.
Represent the company professionally while building long-term business relationships.
