Job Description

The Foundation of CapitalSquare Group was laid in the year with an aim to establish one of the premiere financial services conglomerates in India. The Group provides one-stop solution for fund raising solutions and financial advisory services through its Merchant Banking & Investment Banking, Wealth Management, Project Management, and Insurance Brokerage arms.

Designation: Business Development Trainee - Investment Banking

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Prospect and generate leads with private companies.

Collaborate closely with sales leaders to establish a plan of attack including company qualifications, target prospects, and target messaging.
Schedule new meetings with qualified leads and hand-off to sales closers.
Qualify opportunities and communicate our value / overcome objections.
Participate in regular training and help improve demand generation.
Create, prioritize, and qualify strategic account lists.
Meet or exceed quotas for lead generation and qualified opportunities.
Research and build new and existing accounts in our CRM system.

Experience: Fresher

Educational Qualification: MBA (Marketing)

Skills:

Ability to understand complex issues and explain arguments concisely.
High level of numeracy, working knowledge of accounting.
Intimate knowledge of valuation techniques and their appropriate application.
