Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development professional with experience in IT Sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth by selling IT products, services, and solutions.

• Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities in IT solutions, software, and services.
• Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demos to understand business needs and provide tailored IT solutions.
• Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to design proposals and solutions.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets, revenue, and growth objectives.
• Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates for management.
• Attend industry events, networking sessions, and exhibitions to generate leads and promote company offerings.

Requirements:
• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field (MBA, B.Tech preferred).
• Proven track record (X years) in IT Sales / Business Development (B2B, SaaS, Cloud, ERP, Software, or IT Services).
• Strong network and connections in IT industry / enterprise clients.
