Business Development Executive

Location: Indore (Vijay Nagar)
Work Mode: Onsite | Full-Time

Leading recruitment and staffing solutions firm, helping organizations across industries find top talent efficiently and effectively. We partner with startups, SMEs, and enterprises across India and abroad to deliver customized hiring solutions.

We are looking for a Business Development Executive to join our growing team in Indore. This role is ideal for someone who is enthusiastic about client acquisition, relationship management, and driving business growth in the HR and recruitment domain.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in recruitment and staffing services.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients (corporates, startups, and SMEs).

  • Generate leads through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn networking, and industry connections.

  • Understand client hiring needs and propose suitable recruitment solutions.

  • Collaborate with the internal recruitment team to ensure timely and quality service delivery.

  • Prepare business proposals, service presentations, and agreements.

  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly business development targets.

  • Maintain a database of leads and track sales pipeline through CRM tools.

  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and HR industry insights.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or HR.

  • 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition (preferably in recruitment or HR consulting).

  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

  • Proven ability to meet targets and build lasting client relationships.

  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and proactive approach.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM or lead management tools.
