Job Description

We are looking for a skilled, passionate, and highly motivated MERN stack developer who can work seamlessly on end-to-end development using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express, React, Node.js). The primary focus will be on server-side programming with Node.js, while also working with databases like SQL, MongoDB, and PostgreSQL. A commitment to collaborative problem-solving, sophisticated design, and delivering quality products is essential.

As part of our team, you will:

Build web applications, platforms, and digital experiences for enterprises and consumers using the MERN stack.
Work closely with Designers, Technical Architects, and Product/Business counterparts.
Be responsible for code quality, meeting delivery schedules, and following secure programming practices.
Create Unit and Integration tests to ensure the quality of the code.
Ensure development processes, architecture, and standards are followed.
Anticipate challenges and take the necessary corrective measures.

Requirements and Skills

Work experience as a Full Stack Developer with expertise in Node.js, React.js, and MongoDB/MySQL.
Experience in building responsive and seamless frontends using React.js.
Experience in building and consuming REST APIs with Node.js and React.js.
Ability to handle complex code structures and architecture.
Strong understanding of Algorithms and Data Structures.
Curiosity about engineering and JavaScriptconstantly learning about new technologies and improving skills.
Knowledge of performance testing frameworks such as Mocha and Jest (a plus).
Familiarity with CI/CD processes.
Knowledge of Next.js and AWS (a plus).
Good team-handling skills with experience in technical coaching and mentoring.
Ability to learn new technologies or stacks quickly and complete tasks efficiently.
